The harms associated with cyber bullying
Through the identification of cyber bullying actions among young people, this aim of this project is to to explore the impact of cyber bullying experiences in terms of subsequent social, emotional and mental wellbeing.

This project will identify which actions young people identify as cyber bullying behaviour, how harmful this behaviour is perceived to be and strategies for parents and teachers to assist young people to talk about cyberbullying experiences. This project also seeks to explore the immediate and short-term impact of students’ perceived hurt from bullying and cyber bullying experiences on their subsequent social, emotional and mental health.Â
