This study highlights the contribution and strengths of the organsiation and it's impact on the Western Australian community as well as possible opportunities and potential challenges for the future.
The report comprises four parts (Part A through D). Part A presents a background and context, including the legislative history of Healthway, its corporate structure, strategic planning and descriptions of its main programs. Part B outlines the Evaluation Framework used to evaluate Healthways activities, as well as trends in expenditure across its health, research and sponsorship programs. Part C presents the evidence of the contribution of Healthway to Western Australia and includes separate evaluations of each of its program areas as well as the organisaitonal and capactity development impacts among those groups in receipt of funding. Finally, Part D provides an evidence based narrative of the role Healthway has played on the health and wellbeing of the Western Australian community, including insights, learnings and opportunties for the future.
